Returns

Returns are accepted within 90 days of receipt.

Items must be unused and in original condition with all packaging and tags.

To start a return, please email us at support@kingtool.shop with your order number and item details.

We will provide a return address based on your location.

Return shipping costs are paid by you, except if the return is due to our error (defective or incorrect item), in which case we will cover the return shipping.

Please provide the tracking number once you ship the item.

 

Refunds

Returned items will be inspected upon receipt.

Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days to the original payment method.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

A 15% restocking fee applies to returns that are not in new, sellable condition or returned after 90 days.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds if return requirements are not met.

 

Order Cancellation

To cancel an order, contact us ASAP at support@kingtool.shop before shipment.

Cancellation is not guaranteed due to fast processing.

If shipped, please wait for delivery and initiate a return within 90 days.

 

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

To get a different item, please return the original for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

Notify us within 3 business days at support@kingtool.shop with photos/videos of the issue.

We will arrange replacement or refund at no extra cost.

Late or Missing Refunds

Refunds take 3-5 business days to process.

If you haven’t received your refund, please check with your bank or payment provider first.
